Need to make a return? We can certainly help you! But keep in mind there are some conditions that need to be met in order to receive your refund.

  1. I've received a broken or incorrect item: Sorry about that… We’re doing our best to fulfill your needs as efficiently as possible. Please contact us at support@beachwoodessentials.com to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) needed for a refund or exchange. Please note, Beachwood Essentials is not responsible for product that becomes damaged after use.
  2. I wish to return something for another reason: We can help you, but please keep in mind that in order to maintain streamlined processes, we can only accept up to two returned orders per year.
